New Organization: North American Pronghorn Foundation

I read their "Mission, etc." statement and everything they listed is very ambiguous in terms of what they will/can actually do. Since most antelope, at least in Wyoming, live on private and/or federal land, there are many hurdles to their 'mission'. Just my .02 and others can do their own analysis.

Wow, this went south. I remember my Grandma saying the old adage "if you don't have anything positive to say then don't say anything at all"

I am signing up. Love antelope and my families favorite meat. The species has been neglected IMO. Any positive attention and work to enhance the herd has my support. Who know what may develop here.....think RMEF

Is it Wyoming only?
Texas and new Mexico needed to get their heads out their a$$’s on problems in the pronghorn population
It's not just Wyoming. The focus is on pronghorn in North America. We hope to begin funding projects this summer. The organization is 100% volunteers at this point. We have coordinated with state wildlife personnel across the West regarding pronghorn and their needs in their respective states.

We have all wasted A LOT of money on crap that was way less noble than this organization (Busch Light for me).

I encourage you all to get in on the ground floor and support this organization. Something as simple as purchasing a T shirt will help this organization get up and going.

yeah but when you buy a case of beer the purchase isn’t passed off as a donation for conservation.

Can’t wait to see the tag grab the pronghorn foundation goes after to “raise” money for “conservation”.

Easy pass.

The crap slinging on this thread is fairly pathetic. I guess if you wanna try and draw parallels from one nonprofit to another, that are completely unrelated, and run by completely different people, then that’s your prerogative
I agree. Pretty sad really.

Not all organizations are worthless and out for self benefit. People should have a little more faith in humans, they aren’t all worthless. If the whopping $35 plus a whatever a few T-shirt’s cost for the kids to wear I spent gets embezzled, spent on excessive compensation or lost in an effort to actually help, well at least I tried. Let’s be honest, without an army of folks nothing is going to change the current situation, amen to whoever decided to get this going and best of luck.
