New or used collar, Garmin tt15 or 25

I’ve got a Garmin pro 550 plus with a tt15 collar, about 4-4.5 years old. Works well and love the set up. Great for points, recall with the beep from a long distance.
I’ve now got a 17 week old griff who’s coming along nicely, need a new collar.
Is there much benefit from a cheaper/used/refurb collar?
I think I’ll keep it until it dies, making me think new is better.
Any warranty concerns with their collars in the last few years that would lean further toward a new one?

I have a refurb tt15x that is 3 years old and have had 0 issues with it.

I've used refurbished collars from Collar Clinic and never had a problem, Saved $$$
