I have the early november tag in 2b. I have been researching and have a plan together, but wanted to post and see if anyone else has had this tag or is familiar with it and wanted to share/trade some info on it for Wyoming, Arizona, or colorado deer.

My son had the early 2b tag 2 years ago. I can't seem to find where i can send you a DM. Maybe you can send me on and I will send you some info.

Good luck, with this mild weather you'll primarily be hunting resident deer. Glass, glass, glass. Most of the gas well roads will be locked so keep that in mind if you haven't already. The genetics are still there, but quality has really dipped since they moved the youth hunt to prime rut dates over Thanksgiving a few years ago.

Had this tag last year. Drove 24 hours to see very few deer with the largest being a forked horn. Last year was a weird year though. Weird snow storm right at the start made all the roads pure mud and at times impassable. Spent many hours getting others unstuck just so we could get by. Gates were locked but roads were too muddy to use an e-bike to access some good areas. Had my old man with me so hiking extended distances was a no go. The few areas we could hike into were pretty game space. Most of the bucks that often winter there hadn’t made it or even thought about being there. Anyway, it’s a tough unit this early. Take chains. Glass. Glass. Glass. And then shoot a biggun.
