The quoted weight is also without a mini chassis. If yours has a mini chassis, it will likely be 4-5 ounces heavier

Good points by all. This was an in stock model and had the 1/2” pad, Sendero contour, short action, but their new M5 mini chassis. I read in a different forum it only added 2-3 oz and that’s comparable to bedding weight so I tried it. Definitely added more than 2-3 oz.

Update:

Decided to throw the rifle in to see. Now I kinda like it. I really like how flush the mags sit. Rifle weighs 8lb 1.6oz with DMB installed with the PH. 8lb 9.7oz suppressed with Ultra 5 for hunting.

White is much less noticeable in person, flash makes it pop!

Honestly the coolest part to me is the carbon fiber part, it looks way cooler than the normal woven carbon fiber shell.

How’s holding the stock at the balance point? I have a rifle in an HNT26 and the arca is somewhat uncomfortable to hold for longer periods of time at the balance point.

With a flush mag in its really comfy. With the flush mag out I could see where it would get annoying after awhile. It’ll be strapped to a pack or gun bearer 99% of the time though.

In my case most of the time the balance point where I hold it is in front of the action screw right where that rail is more so that at the magazine. Does the sides of the stock stick out past the arca or do the edges of the rail dig into your fingers if you hold there?

That is correct, picked it up off the ready to ship section a few weeks back.

Got my Manners PH in today. Fit and finish, and concept are great. It’s much heavier than I thought though. Mine was 31.73, 32.03, and 31.87 ounces across 3 different scales. Sending it back due to weight as my Alterra is under 25 bedded. In my case, they were off 23% from their listed weight. For those not worried about weight though it’ll be a great option.

Has anyone received a long action Pro Hunter? If you have one, I would like to see a profile photo to see how the Arca rail sits. The photos I have seen of the long action LRH look like the rail was an afterthought.

Can you comment on the rear profile of the cheek piece? Thickness? Blocky like an eh1?

Considering ordering one of these or an lrh to replace my eh1, I want that m5 mini chassis to give me options to run a mag.
