On the 48 x 64 concrete floor I’m talking about the concrete guys put little 4x2 blocks on the ground then put the rebar on top of the blocks, as they poured they put the wire down and they would pull up with a hoe before they started to screed it. They were great concrete guys that had been doing it for a living for generations.
