We have about 100 acres of family hunting land in SW MI.
Potential for big deer is possible by us if I can get my neighbors to stop shooting small bucks. It is what it is I guess.
I shoot a crossbow during bow season and either a 450 or the 400legend during gun..

Joel/Ak - I understand your position. I have migrating neighbers recently from Oregon. I suspect them of poaching elk but don't have enough to nail them yet.

How close to Cold Water?
Been hunting near CW for two years and I’ve never seen so many deer.
The new one buck rule will surely help with people being more selective.
