New guy coming out from the shadows

Hey there RS crew.
I've been a "lurker" for some time now. Especially since last year when I finally decided to upgrade my hunting rifle (I settled on a Seekins Havak Element .300 WM). Since doing so, I've gotten a bit obsessed with long range (for me) shooting.
I've been lucky to have had a lot of luck harvesting mule deer and elk in the North Central Mountains of CO where I've lived for the last 25 years. Life is finally permitting me to think about broadening my horizons and consider hunting abroad on occasion.
I look forward to utilizing this forum to research gear, optics and planning insight and hopefully making some contributions regarding my experiences.
