New glass or not....

I currently have 10x42 Nikon monarch 3 binos. I have a mule deer, antelope, and elk hunts planned for the next two year. Do you think it's worth it to upgrade binos or even buy a spotter. Let me know your thoughts.

Simple answer yes to both, get the best you can afford. If you can only afford one, get the best bino's you can afford.

Get a spotter and a pair of 8x42 binos

I would put as much as you can into binos. Vortex Viper HD or Razor HD 10x42 would be a nice upgrade for you.

I think it's worth it if you have the money. A good pair of binoculars make a huge difference and will last you a lifetime.
