Which company to buy pre-made seasoning kit from??

It’s my first time making sausages and I’m googling around a bit. I can see there are quite a few companies that are offering the same thing.

LEM, PS seasoning, Amazon, the sausage maker , etc.

I’m looking to make some basic bratwurst, andouille, mild Italian, hot Italian, and maybe some other basic ones. I’m going to use pig casings.

I’m trying to keep it simple for my first go round.

Does anyone have any experience with brands that you recommend?

High Mountain seasoning or the Scheels branded stuff is what I've found works well.

I used Hi Mountain for summer sausage and it turned out really well.
