That's too funny. That is going to be an expensive purchase right there.

My wife cannot carry more than 15 lbs. on her back just to be safe. She has had two spinal fusions and only has one vertebrae left that's not fused. Eventually it will fail too. But it's amazing that she can do what she does. So when we go on backpacking trips, I am happy to be her pack mule.

shes as tough as most of the guys i know when her mind is right. and i cant get sweet gear, leave her with junk and expect her to enjoy it

Like where we camped? We just jumped off the trail about 300 yards and found a nice bench to the W NW, about 1.5 miles above the lower trailhead. If I forgot to post it above, that's Mt. Ellinor in the SE corner of the Olympics.

Just to update everyone on what the current wait is I ordered my Bikini HC on 6/17 and my ship date is 8/12.
No the problem is what am I suppose to do until than? I think I have already annoyed Aron and Angie with questions and changes.
I have read every post of this thread and watched all the videos so now I am out of things to pass time until it is here.
Keep posting your setups!

This is great! I've been thinking about what it wold take to talk Kifaru into designing a child carrier A lot of my preseason preparation involves my son, and I'd love to have a comfy way to put him on my bikini frame! I just took him on a short trip last night!

I started with a 36 inch waist and ordered my back as such. Now I have lost about 18 pounds and have only about an a half inch of play left in belt. Not sure if it came with a large or medium belt since I just put my waist size in. Is there a way to tell? And do I need a new belt or is there a way to make it smaller without buying ansd waiting on belt. Because I think I will be there by end of July

Crumy, there is probably a tag on the belt on the interior portion, but you have to take it off to see it. That is how they were on the duplex. I would get another belt if you need it.

If you entered your waist size as 36" when ordering the pack then the belt is most likely a medium. When I ordered a pack and entered my waist size as 36" I got a medium belt which ended up being too large for me. I have since ordered a small belt and it works much better. The only way I know to be certain of the size of your belt is to measure it. My medium stretched out and measured end to end (padded portion not the webbing) is 34" and my small is 32".
