FYI, I reached out to Ollin yesterday to see if they planned on making a case for an iPhone 8 (yes I need to upgrade my my phone). Was told they most likely won't go lower than iPhone X. Anyone with an older iPhone will need to upgrade phones to use their system. Makes a good case for me to go with Mag view, as I wouldn't need to upgrade my phone...

I like the MagView a lot better than Ollin. I hate switching phone cases after hunting, for that reason alone I like the mag view better. Also I run 15x Binos so I like the B1 from mag view also.

Anyone worried about any kind of fine metal shavings being attracted to the strong magnet that’s attached to eyepiece glass?

Maybe it’s just my line of work that has me worried but strong earth magnets attract microscopic pieces of metal and would hate to scratch my glass accidentally during cleaning.

I don’t think that’s really a concern.

The magnet is far enough away from the lens that I don’t see it attracting anything that will scratch the lens. Also, the magnet isn’t that strong.

Just received the MagView yesterday and installed it. Very easy to install and use, the plate on the back of the phone case is like it's not even there except I put my wireless charger away and back to the plugin charge. Robby's video made it look so easy compared to other digiscope products I've tried, It really is that simple and your phone and phone case stay just like they are. Useable in and out of my front pocket. Thanks for the info/thread Rokslide
