I haven't received the email as well and that was my concern with going ahead and ordering. Guess I'll wait until the email arrives before placing my order.

My email came in and link was live at 9:47 central time and order has been placed. Also hoping they all fit, I am a medium is most things so continued with that went with a medium fleece. Pants have the built in belt so size can vary some so hoping i'm all good there as well.

Stand by, I've looked into this and for anyone who got a response that nothing can be done, that is an automated response. I've spoken to our customer service team and they're actively working on applying discounts / refunds to those who were on the email list but didn't receive the discount.

Maybe they were gone when you got there but they had tall options when I looked (you had to keep scrolling down)

Were the tall sizes not available for pre-order in the top? Ordered the XL and hoping it’s long enough. Appreciate all the communication.

I noticed Medium Tall on the sizing chart for both the fleece and the puffy.

Is that something that may be available in the future? That would be awesome if so!

In general it is rare to see tall sizing in medium, and that's a big reason I always end up on the line between a medium and large.

anyone know about the color of the zippers? It looks like the pictures are conflicting. Grey zipper with grey jacket looks solid but the black zipper looks a little cheaper

The production model has a black zipper, to match the black wrist cuff and hood trim. It actually costs more than the grey zipper, even though they're both the exact same YKK zipper. We wanted to go with black trim and logos across all 3 colorways. They all have black wrist cuff trim, hood trim, and zipper.

The mountain photos were taken with pre-production samples.
