New never used Big Agnes Copper Spur UL3 Classic tent. Two side doors with two vestibules. Trail weight is 3lbs 14oz, and is 70"x88". Additional specs can be found on BA's website. Retail is $449.95...........$300 TYD. The picture below is of my CS UL4. The UL3 Classic is very similar.

They're putting a Scheels in here at some point in the future, but I don't do well with gift cards. I still have a couple from a few years ago for Bass Pro that I've never used, and we have a BP here.

The problem is.........when I start getting rid of stuff it's because I have too much stuff laying around. Trading for gift cards negates that attempt and implies getting even more stuff in the future.
