Have you considered Victory HLR? I blew through a whitetail at 50 yards with 490 grain HLR (iron will single bevel, 30.5 in dl and 65lbs dw on a Hoyt RX9U). Arrow passed clean through--I wasn't even sure I hit the mark because although I saw the arrow fly exactly where I aimed it, I heard almost no impact--and sank 6 inches into a downed log twenty feet away. The arrow was completely undamaged. I'm now toying with lower arrow weight and FOC, bringing the TAW down to 425-440. HLRs weigh 8.1gpi in 300 grain. Not as durable as RIP TKO, but the lighter shaft makes hitting mid-450's with high FOC simple.
