At some point I'll piece all my threads together, but short story is I'm 4 years into chasing my first elk and wanted to say thanks to all the Roksliders for their post of questions, of knowledge and funny stuff. I'm setting up a new bow and thought I would share some pics.

Arrows at 50, noticed my unfeltched arrow in the dirt to the right. That happened three groups in a row.

BTX-28 is set to 27.5 draw. 375gr arrow going 274fps. I'm going to improve my arrow set up, continue to refine my form and tune the bow.

Anyways so this has been fun. Been a blast to learn archery and dream elk. Thanks for all the help Rokslide!

Looks good so far. If you are throwing the bare shaft off or hits crooked on the target, check some tuning points. You may want so more weight in the arrow for elk as well but looks like you have the bug and that's good. Good luck.
