just got back from Alaska - my stone glacier gaitors are blown out - Velcro falling off punched hole in side - i was happy with them but thought maybe there is a better product out there - looking for recommendations.

I’ve been happy with my Kuiu Yukons—I think six years now. I did punch a couple of small holes in them, but easily repaired.

Also I’m certain that SG would be glad to repair/replace yours.

T&K hunting have been the best I have ever seen and used. I also have SG and use them on easier style hunts. Prefer my T&K over everything. I have their regular height and lower height as well. Lots of adjustment on them and the strap under the boot is a steel cable. They are extremely durable.

This man knows what's up!

OR Crocodiles have been fantastic for me. Best part is they have a lifetime warranty. If you mess them up, send OR photos and they will send you a new pair.

Heard great things about T&Ks and they will be my next ones but i have 3 sets of Kuiu Yukons that just wont quit working.

TandKHunting are sold out of the regular size..........
We manufacture everything ourselves, which means if we are out of stock we are not out of stock long. We sell hundreds of gaiters a week, but we do update inventory on a pretty constant basis. If you sign up for notification you will get a notification this week as we have another pile of them being made.

Kuiu Yukon if I can only have one set, but this time of year I generally wear the kutanas (also kuiu)

I don’t use much from kuiu, but their gaiters and rain gear are excellent

I have a new pair of each but still wearing my beat up pairs because they keep working, I will break out the new pairs when it starts getting really wet.

I like the idea and looks of the T&K, but until I get a pair of Yukons or kutanas that don’t hold up longer than I expect, I’m sticking with what works for me

I think my current Yukons are around 5yrs old, and similar with the kutanas, which is crazy to me, nothing lasts that long on the coast, and the kutanas are light enough to wear this time of year or spring bear/turkey when it’s warm

I've been using Kennetrek for a lot of years. They get used in dry grass and sagebrush to wet conditions and snow. They stay put and handle sticks and brush great. Very happy with them!
