Cant believe no one has started a thread on the new PSE 2018 Bows yet. I am looking forward to the new Carbon Stealth. cleanest looking carbon bow on the market IMO. Im currently shooting a 2016 Carbon Air and love it but man this new bow with longer ATA has me ready to break out my CC. I resisted the 2017 Carbon Air 34 with the removal of the cross beam it looks pretty slick.

Anyone shot one yet?

I went up to No Limits today and shot the new Hoyts and held the new PSEs, but they didn’t have the carbon in yet.

Just hit up my buddy who owns Quick Draw Archery. waiting to hear if they have any of their bows in yet. My guess is they will be out just after the new year. Was the same when I got my Carbon Air in 2016.

Worst shooting and most expensive bow I’ve had in decades was a Hoyt Carbon Element. The finish didn’t hold up at all either. Had good luck with a couple of PSEs thru the years. Right now my two year old Prime Rival is on a roll and it won’t get retired anytime soon.

I like the direction PSE has taken the last couple of years with the new cam system. It’s a good tuning cam as well as an easy to shoot cam.
The Evolve 31 is a great bow. I’ve shot the Xpedite and it’s a far cry from their earlier speed bows. Haven’t received the new Stealth yet.
I wish they would develop a more effective string stop. That’s probably my biggest complaint about the bows. Other than that they’re top notch shooting bows.

They just seem to come loose more than others.

Mine has stayed tight since I set it up over 2 years ago, even with a 32 1/2" draw string slapping into it at over 70lbs. I do like the indents on the rods they use. Seems most of them just have to tighten up against the rod which is hard to get tight enough without stripping the small bolts out.

My only complaint on pse is the shitty strings/cables. The pro line with abb's are better, but the main line strings are garbage

Well they no longer use ABB on the Pro Series. Was never impressed with them. Cheaper strings on the lower end stuff is to be expected on any brand.

I have a carbon air 34 that I'm fond of, don't like that they went away from the longer brace height on the carbon bows.
