Man I hope you have really wide shoulders. I just ordered the regular. Wish I'd seen this first. I guess time will tell.

Hope it works for you, I am a side sleeper and need a bit of room to move inside, if it had fit me well it's a great bag.

I called them , it’s a sonic rebranded . I’m 180 lbs and 6 2 the long is perfect size . Plenty of side sleeper room
