I'm looking for a pack for elk hunting. My plan is to pack camp in with buddy. With both packs on sale for a similar price right now, which would you get?

You can call Schnee's boots and pre order mystery ranch packs with the new frame. Super nice guys too deal with and they are right down the street from mystery ranch. I was told this month my new pack will arrive. I sold my heavily used crew cab with nice frame and got a metcalf with guide light frame. Can't wait.

what are the new metcalf and marshall's coming with for a frame? the nice frame was for the older models right?
am i wrong in that they come as one unit? no choice in frame.

Camofire is the only one selling the hunting packs with the NICE frame. MR's old inventory. Everything else will be the new guide light frame.

What is the Camofire price for the Met? I'm assuming it's for a complete pack, frame and lid.

My Metacalf from Camofire was $359.99 + 12.99 shipping = 372.98

Complete with frame, bag and lid.

I think the Marshalls were the same price or maybe $10 or $20 more.

Go to the site and register for the daily deals. They post stuff up and it's only good for a period of time. You get an email each night showing what's going to be up the next day. You can get updates sent to your phone. You have to be ready to jump.
