My second Seekins rifle that has issues

Hey guys,
I own 3 Seekins rifles. A havak hit pro, a ph2 and now a ph3. My havak hit pro's barrel is currently being replaced by Seeking as it was shooting like garbage for a 6.5cm. Apparently Seekins said it may not have been honed properly. My Ph2 in 7prc shoots incredibly. Now I have a recently purchased ph3 in 6.5prc and it generally also shoots like garbage. The action screws keep coming loose ( like every 50ish shots from what I've been able to notice) - I have spent so much time trying to develop a load for this thing that I've gone through 6 different powders with generally crap results due to horrible groups. I always torque the screws back to specs when i noticed they've loosened. I took the rifle apart to inspect bedding and barrel screw tightness and everything seems good. Idk what to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Sounds like the action is rocking in the stock somehow to make the screws loosen up. Mark the end of the action screws with paint and then reinstall and tighten, then take them back out and inspect the end of the screws.
