That's fair, when I get home I'll figure out how to delete those 2 photos. Are we worried about the trophy Marmot picture?OP, you’ve probably already noticed by the comments above, but if you could remove the pictures of the elk and deer, that would save this thread. Landscape pics with the limited draw sheep hunt are fine, but collateral damage should be mitigated as much as possible to deer and elk.

Can he even mention he saw a "good" buck or bull? I mean they can ultimately do the same thing to any picture on this thread. You’re not wrong, but I just did a post search, and then a google earth scan and it took me about 15 minutes to figure out where he is. I’m not trying to shit on anyone’s party (sheep tags are so effing rare and fun) but just being that persistent voice to not blow up cool areas.
I’m not nearly as good as some other guys on here at playing “where’s Waldo.”

Leave the marmot, I PMd you. That's fair, when I get home I'll figure out how to delete those 2 photos. Are we worried about the trophy Marmot picture?
Just to play the devil's advocate, I thought the biggest issue was not to post
You should enter in the best marmot photo contest....That's fair, when I get home I'll figure out how to delete those 2 photos. Are we worried about the trophy Marmot picture?
Just to play the devil's advocate, I thought the biggest issue was not to post unit numbers so that it's not Google searchable? There are a ton of trophy animal pictures on Rokslide that a person could figure out the location with a bit of investigating. Either way, I'll delete the pictures so as not to make this thread controversial. Just trying to figure out how far we draw this line on unit burning etiquette.
She's got trophy teets for sure. Is there a prize package available to the best marmot photo? You should enter in the best marmot photo contest....
There are bucks like that in every unit in Colorado. And that bull is just another 275" 6x6.Can he even mention he saw a "good" buck or bull? I mean they can ultimately do the same thing to any picture on this thread.
That's half the fun of reading a thread like this.

I'm with you, but I deleted them. That buck was bedded in a place where he was unkillable. And they were both in places that required a lot of hard work just to get eyes on them.I say leave the pics of the elk and deer.
Anyone that figures out where they are at and wants to go up there after them, I say good luck.
I have to land on the side of no spot burning even though this one is borderline. Seeing the direction of how things are going with these outdoor influencers I am worried there will be no spots left to burn by the time my kids get my age.I'm with you, but I deleted them. That buck was bedded in a place where he was unkillable. And they were both in places that required a lot of hard work just to get eyes on them.
Yes! 3rd place is some multi colored compression socks from Cotapaxi. 2nd place is an Australian shepherd rescue. 1st place is 1997 Subaru outback. All of which will help you blend in with those hikers while you huntShe's got trophy teets for sure. Is there a prize package available to the best marmot photo?
My greatest fear is getting 2nd place.Yes! 3rd place is some multi colored compression socks from Cotapaxi. 2nd place is an Australian shepherd rescue. 1st place is 1997 Subaru outback. All of which will help you blend in with those hikers while you hunt![]()

You had me confused, I didn't realize that Cotopaxi was a brand! I was thinking...where the heck would anyone buy socks in the town of Cotopaxi!Yes! 3rd place is some multi colored compression socks from Cotapaxi.
