I’ll be honest- we don’t really handle those type of clients- it’s just too expensive. We have various algorithms for each state that factors in typical trespass fines for 1st, 2nd, 3rd offenses, typical trespass or nonguided private land outfitted hunt fees, typical court cost, etc etc and then factors in the the personal history and risk factors of the individual hunter- and then we shop that around to be the best rate for the guy- on our end it doesn’t matter if you’re a platinum level client who enjoys our trophy hunt pack resale service, as well as our other offerings- or if you are only looking for trespass insurance at the basic “member” account level you as our CLIENT, are de facto our employer and we work hard to get you the best protection, the best access, the best memories, and the best trophies because otherwise- we’d just be everybody else.

You will receive a policy tailored to and appropriate for your personal application and point aqusition strategy.

Pm me when your services are no longer suspended. Looking like I could use some insurance. Might be corner hopping and insurance could be useful

You want the trophy package, as long as you only take the head you’re fine road hunting at night

Are all you one line Lucy's reading the thread or, just taking tidbits of info and running with it to make a post?
Hey man, forget the drama, let's talk about trespass insurance! We could find out which of you is right but in my experience it takes too long and ain't really worth it.

I read the thread the other day but I can’t remember what it was about

*Edit
Just reread the thread. Aparaently a Dutchman from Utah or some such had been trespassing at this one guys place for years. Over and over again- targeting him and his property. It sounded pretty sick.

On a serious side I've recently been wondering if a paraplane or paraglider would be a feasible option for accessing landlocked public lands instead of hiring a helicopter. For a paraplane you need a license (but it isn't too hard to get) but could haul a backpack and gear. My parents have a paraplane and I've had numerous rides on it but it would be a "budgetable" option for accessing those lands. Especially now with those Texas brothers gating public roads in Idaho

He clearly forgot about the legal loophole where if you take too much [suppliment brand that doesn't sponsor Rokslide] preworkout you can't be held legally responsible for your actions for 48 hrs

That's easy. I am right because nothing the one liners post is even remotely what I have said through the whole thread. I hate it when people try to be wise crackers versus read what's been posted.

But, you are right. Drama sucks. And, I don't buy trespass insurance. But, from my experience here using these mapping programs, it wouldn't be a bad idea to follow Juan's lead. :^) My only reservation is if insurance companies would opt out of payment when they found out I routinely cut fences and ride my atv onto private land.

Ha, no offense to you, I just wasn't keeping score whatsoever.

Not cutting fences is mostly just a suggestion for you to try and see if it works for you. You should be good.

Hey if anyone knows how a fence builder could be a sponsor that pops up on the on X system or any of the others let me know. Seems like a good market to be throwing some advertising dollars at. Between fence repair and the building new for the private landowners.

PM me for my full review on back country wire cutters. I rank them on a strength to weight scale.

Cliff notes:

Guy from Utah was CONVICTED IN A COURT OF LAW of trespassing on the SAME piece of property for the second time. He is the stereotypical YouTube "hardcore" hunting personality, designer camo, 5k 6.5 cal rifle and a crummy attitude and ego to boot.
We, the high council of internet justice got on our sanctimonious soap boxes and passed judgment......for at least a couple hundred post. Then a Mr. Juan Trueno came up with trespass insurance and it seem to bring everyone together. Nothing like a happy ending.

Guys- thanks but- I can’t make this stuff up, I can only “see it” under the right conditions- for instance take the story, it’s characters and backdrop that this original post is about- once you’ve accepted that reality nothing seems too fanciful farcical or fantastic to believe. Or selling a used bloodstained pack - couple that with the continual onslaught of new hunters who weren’t fortunate enough to be mentored in real life - and then trophy animal Waypoint sales and trading apps and add in it buying your way into someone’s party application for a choice unit etc etc etc- then take all that and recognize that none of it is happening in isolation from everything else- none of it is isolated events but it’s the actual shape of our world today- and then paint it altogether in one frame so everyone else can see it too... that’s what I do (sometimes if I’m lucky like this time) - the commentary is only as wild as the reality it’s based on. I do this in order to share a laugh with other guys who have known similar interests to mine. It helps once you get it that im laughing with us at the predicaments that we as a community of sportsmen find ourselves in as the world around us gets smaller, more well defined, more accessible, less mysterious, more confusing and less accessible everyday.

It’s just more fun for me than poor mouthing the hunting everywhere. That ground is well covered.
