MTNTOUGH On-Ramp Program

I've done several of the MTNTough programs over the last 3 years. Their stuff is top notch. I like the coached ones best, but I've done a few of the others as well, and they're all good. I started Heavy Pack 20 again this week. I think this will be the 4th time for me to do that one. For me, it is great prep for hitting the mountains in the fall. I started it early this year. We're going to Switzerland in late July. Planning on lots of hikes and photography. My wife won't be able to keep up with me, but it still gives me a reason to hit it hard.
 
I have done the On Ramp program and am into the body weight, no equipment required program. I love it! Highly recommend their programs for anyone who struggles to keep a workout rhythm. I love that they are coached and all I need to do is show up and grind it out.
 
I downloaded the mtn tough app looking to do the preseason 2.0. App seems a bit dated with videos and pdf sheets. So how is everyone logging there workouts to track progress? Using another app?
 
I did the workout heavy pack 3.0 workout today posted on SGs website and it was great! will be checking out this program out
