I have a question for you all, I started using mtn ops supplements, I just switched from another brand. Thought I'd give them a try. My problem is, it's making me sick specifically the yeti and phenix. Has anyone else had this problem?

I had stomach discomfort while taking the Yeti on an empty stomach the first time. I took it with half a banana since and have no issues.
If you are taking it on an empty stomach try a little food with it.
I have no experience with the phenix.

I'm taking the ox, Phoenix, yeti, and enduro and I haven't had any issues so far. Just started a few days ago though but am happy so far.

Can you be more specific about "sick"? what time are you taking it? Any special circumstances surrounding when you take it? i.e. time of day, empty stomach, in combination with each other, pre/post workout, etc...

I've been trying it with a little food after first couple times getting sick but that didn't change the effect. I'm a celiac so I may have a more sensitive stomach than others. Thanks for the input I'm going to just hold off taking it and switch to the one I was on before.

When I take Yeti I'm usually taking it with Ammo or Magnum. That or a cottage cheese cup and a table spoon of PB. I can't workout on an empty stomach.

Mk_v Send me a PM and I can give you my phone number so we can get on the phone and talk about your routine. Sometimes taking the products together can be too much for the stomach and spacing out when you take the products can be a quick fix. I'd love to help you out with this.

I was speaking with your brother about this thru FB just last week, I'm very experienced with supplements of all calibers with 15+ years background competing in strength sports. I tried many ways of taking the yeti and it made me sick as well, let me clarify not sick sick but as stated by others stomach discomfort and upset stomach. Thru research of the ingredients the only conclusion I could reach compared to other products (pre-workout) I've used over the years with no issues is the beet juice added to Yeti for flavor. If you look up beet juice and its side effects you'll see many of the complaints associated with yeti coincide with beet juice.... If the new flavor recently released doesn't contain the beet juice for flavor it's possible none of us having issues with yet would have issues with the new flavor.
