Murphy’s Law
Lil-Rokslider
For sale is the MTN Gear Mountain Bipod with Arca. Everything excellent and fully functional, used one short elk season.
$375 TYD
This is very similar bipod as the “new” MDT - same ultralight carbon-fiber beast—same twist-lock legs, quick-deploy, 6-position splay, crazy cant for uneven terrain, and super quiet operation. Weights are nearly identical too (~5.5-5.7 oz). The differences are: MTnGear has full 360° panning (you could lock it out with a grub screw if you hated it), New MDT version has no panning at all, and does not have a swappable head (Picatinny/ARCA with one bolt). MDT made separate fixed versions instead. MDT tweaked it slightly to look a bit more stout/reinforced, but everything else (height range, stability, materials) is virtually unchanged. It’s basically the same bipod with those two features simplified for bigger production based on my research.
