MR Guide light frame

As good as or better in hunting use. Frame is a bit taller and doesn't use optional lifters. Much less physical weight. Great vertical rigidity and enough torsional rigidity for good load control. bag attachment/detachment is very easy. Reduced-volume hip pads still worked as well for me as the NICE units. All-in...I would take my GL frame every day and twice and Sunday. And I really liked the NICE frame.

The guidelight does lifters that are adjustable and built into the frame correct?

Not sure what you mean by 'adjustable lifters'. The frame is not adjustable in any way. The lifters are simply the fixed vertical frame extensions at the top. Those extensions have buckle attachments for the load-lifter straps, which help support the pack bag. Pull on the lifter straps to tighten and lift the load vertically.

Oh it seemed to me that the lifters would adjust up and down somehow. Must have been looking at the pack wrong

The NICE frame add on load lifters could be adjusted for height. Both the Oneiros and the MR versions. As noted the GL frame has fixed height lifters. Haven't used the new frame beyond trying one on, can't find major fault in my NICE setup that would justify the cash outlay.
