Looking at this rifle for my 300prc. My other rifles are Tikka, but I don’t think a 300prc is possible in a tikka from what I’ve read. So here I am searching for something new. The MPA seems like a great deal, especially with the discount you can get on them. Anyone have experience with them? Am I better off spending more on something different? I plan to top it with the RS1.2 just like my other rifles.

The mixture of ultralight and 300 PRC don't go together very well.
Great to carry - miserable to shoot.
No experience with this particular rifle though.

Just saw the backfire episode talking to tikka guys and they reckon 300prc fits in a sako of some description.
Might be an option if you wanna keep it in the tikka/sako family.

What does 300 prc do for you that 300wsm or wm don't?
Only asking because it just seems like a lot more recoil for minimal gain and it seems like youd probably prefer a tikka.

As for mpa chassis themselves, I had a hybrid chassis, Bloody fantastic, Heavy/prs inspired desing but not as bad as some other options. Quality option for sure.
