I personally wouldn't trust a company that puts out both junk and "quality." For hunting, I want something I can have confidence in. Having had 4 vortex items of my own go in for repair/warranty was enough...I won't own anymore. Started using NF and have not had an issue since. Can't put a cost on piece of mind

Been running Vortex for the last couple years and no problems, and I do a lot of shooting, As stated anything mechanical can fail.

I agree, all I have now is NF and SWFA. I really wanted to buy a Swaro Z5 but doesn’t sound like it would meet my expectations for reliability.

I have a buddy who is quite the shooting fanatic (builds all of his own rifles, reloads, etc.) and he is quite the vortex fanboy. He dials and shoots a lot. Everything from .223-338 Lapua and must own at least a dozen Vortex scopes and has never had a failure. Not sure what this really means as it's just one person but I have read a lot of good things about the LHT 3-15 from users.
