Couple of questions. How do I get ahold of a unit map for Montana? And has anyone hunted in or around Custer national park south of red lodge? Wondering what the draw is like around there.

Ive hunted the national forest around red lodge extensively. For mule deer, Id probably hunt some where else. Theres a decent number of mulies if you know where to look and Ive seen some masher bucks, but that probably has more to do with the amount of time Ive spent in that area. I personally dont hunt mule deer there very often.

Their hunt planner is nice with boundaries and land ownership marked. Waiting for block management maps in august to be published
