Montana Moose Tag-Artierial Parasite

I have been lucky enough to draw a Montana Moose tag. Leaving next week to hunt. During my research have discovered that many moose have an arterial Parasite. I realize I can cook all the meat to well done and kill the parasite, but don’t want to cook Loin and Tenderloin to well done. Anyone else dealt with this or thoughts on the Parasite and moose meat.
