I've been looking at these hunt codes for a while and here's what I came up with. If anyone can fill in the blanks or correct something I have incorrect, I'd much appreciate the help.
007-00 has 800 tags available (up from 500 last year?) for all of the Region 7 HD's but is archery only.
700-00 has 700 tags available. valid in all Region 7 HD's but not valid on national forests or CMR refuge.
798-01 and 799-00 I cant find anything except for being listed on last years draw stat report.
I'm heading out for a MD hunt in Nov and am kicking around the idea of putting in for an elk B tag before the 6/1 deadline. If anyone has done this hunt and doesn't mind sending a PM, that would be great.
