Mississippi pot roast with a twist

Rokslide turned me on to the Mississippi pot roast of which I am a huge fan. I had family in town for my brothers wedding and we did taco night at my house after rafting. Instead of the usual ranch seasoning I used taco seasoning with bear neck meat. I am not saying it was better but it was damn good and a nice change of pace.

Mississippi pot roast is one of my favorite cheap and cheerful go-to's with rounds or neck meat. Good modification for tacos. Can't imagine anyone not liking that approach.
