MilSurp Bags With Aftermarket Frame

Has anyone attached a usmc filbe bag or army molle 2 ruck to a kifaru or mystery ranch frame? I like the simple design on the issue stuff and they are bomb proof but the frames are dog crap compared to anything from the big 4.

The FILBE bag is a Mystery Ranch design. I have one for my NICE frame, it fits like it was made for it, because, it was.

If you go this route, I highly recommend adding compression straps horizontally, the FILBE bag is HUUUUGE.

All my pack bodies designed for an alice or similarly designed frame fit on my MR Guide Lite like a glove. The spec on a FILBE is 5000 ci.

I’ve seen the ILBE attached to the NICE frame... maybe even a Kifaru Frame too.

I used an ALICE pack in a NICE frame for the majority of my time in the service.
