It's part IQ test, part balance test.

If you do it, you fail the IQ portion, whether or not you fail on the balance portion.

For some reason, it seems to be huge in predominately black communities.

The wrecks can be somewhat hard to watch and sometimes the surrounding crowd gets involved and just pushes people down for "sport" and to hurt someone.

Kind of disgusting IMO.

They were popular for storing tackle in and attaching rod tubes to and you can then attach to the kayak. Was a great way to have all your gear in one place.
