Just like MREs say lean the heater packet against "a rock or something", in case it is confusing to some. Updating policies to explicitly prohibit antler collections or other private property fits right in. In case there was confusion or debate about that in the first place.

I am too old to sign up, but I am wondering if I missed out on some shed hunting opportunities when I was younger.
