Anyone using the BlackOvis 150g or 200g merino baselayers? I've been seeing some decent sales, thinking of trying them out.

I’ve got a 200g shirt. I like it just fine. Doesn’t seam like it’s quite the quality of my Kuiu or first lite but for the $51 they are asking for it on camofire I wouldn’t hesitate to pick one up if you’re in need.

I've used their stuff for quite awhile. I really liked the old 150 blend merino. Not sure on the new one but I'll likely order some.

I picked up a quarter zip 200g to use this season. Feels like it could use a few washes to fluff up a little bit but the quality seems pretty good. I think they're worth having for the price of their durability lasts.

I currently have 3 sets of their 200g merino. I had a durability issue with their previous 100% merino. Their latest version that contains a % of nylon is a big improvement and holds up much better. I have encountered a tight fit in the arms on some tops and I am of average build. But you can’t beat this merino for the price, especially when it is on camofire.

I have had great luck with the 150g t shirts and long sleeves. Have had 3 of them for years now with no flaws at all. Have yet to try the lower layers. Also have a 200g beanie that I absolutely love and wear it kind of as a base layer on my head during my cooler walks then layer over it. Face masks are great. The gloves I had went to crap pretty quck but thats obviously a much higher used piece that I don't think merino is great for.

I picked up a 200 1/4 zip and pants as well as the 150 hoody (venture? model). So far I'm impressed with them for the price. They aren't quite as soft as my FL stuff but for the price, they seem legit.

My only gripe is that they fit everywhere but the arms. The shoulders and arms are tight but I'm a little bigger than most in that area even in XL.

I got all three shipped for around 100 bucks so I can't complain. I'll see how they hold up. My all time favorite is the Kiln hoody though and they aren't going to replace that for sure.
