The MeatEater podcast is awesome. I’m behind on a few episodes, but I was happy to hear their decision to release one every Monday. It’s the only one I listen to with any frequency.
Meateater is a gem, both the TV show and the podcast. Steven is one of the few personalities that actually knows what he talks about. As far as I'm concerned he is the authority on hunting ethics, conservation, and game meat handling.
My hunting buddies and family get tired of me sharing new tricks and tips I picked up from watching his show and listening to his podcast.
Rinella and the crew do a great job of keeping things interesting.
I try to listen to it during my commutes, which would get me through to about Thursday AM, but I wrapped up this last one Tuesday AM. My wife was even on the edge of her seat and couldn't wait to find out what happened with the bear.
Hands down my favorite podcast! Always great conversation! I hope everyone shoots them a review to show how much they all like it! Its hard to be in the "Podcast" world.
just finished listening to part II on the way back from hunting this morning. crazy story. they're lucky they had that many people with them. if it were 1 or 2 guys it may have not turned out so good.
My favorite mowing and running podcast to listen to. Really left me hanging on the part I. I could listen to them discuss house painting. Funny dudes that always go off track but in a funny way. Haven't found anything even close to as entertaining.
yeah I listened to parts one and 2 back to back on a road trip....Very good episode! One thing I have learned about that podcast in particular is this....don't go by the title! LOL....they get off track and cover SO much each time, that you never know what tangent they will go on. And for me, that's a good thing....its entertaining.
The Meat Tree is awesome. Best one I have heard. Appreciate the humility in their conversation. No ego just talking. I do not listen much else anymore.
Epic story. One of those unbelievable things that can only happen when you get out there and live. They made a few key mistakes that look so blatant now but at the time I am sure I would have done the same thing. I can tell you though that I will not be hanging out eating lunch under a meat tree when it bear country.
Pretty much numbers saved there butts. Like mentioned above 1 or 2 guys in the group and someone would have been mauled or dead. One heck of a story when its all said and done though.
