Meat Processors around Carbondale/ Glenwood Springs

Anybody have recommendations for place to have meat processed in the Glenwood Springs /Carbondale area . We are heading out that way for 2nd rifle. Thanks!

No experience with them but I saw animals going into "Homestead Market" in Paonia, CO when we drove through.

There's a guy in Gypsum that does taxidermy and processing at his home. He let me cut up my bull there a few years ago, nice guy.

I'll give a 2nd shout out for Action Taxidermy in Gypsum. Its about 35 minutes from Glenwood Springs. We used him last week for a bull. Great guy to deal with. Meat was wrapped and marked exceptionally well, too. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions. There's a place that comes up on Google in Carbondale called Valley Meats. We looked for it and then finally someone told us they were renovating and were not gonna be open for awhile. Just fyi so you don't go on a wild goose chase like we did!
