MDT Bolt Knob?

Hey RS,

Bolts levers and knobs up here can be expensive, so I've been eyeing the MDT bolt knob. Not a huge fan that it doesn't screw on and be integral to the lever, but I like that it makes the ball "larger". Wondering if anyone uses it and what your opinion of it is, if it's worth it, or just pass on it.

I bought one on a black Friday deal when they were 1/2 off. I like it, functions great but I wouldn't pay $30 for one. The slip on rubber ball is only $10 and works well or you can splurge on the UM bolt handle/knob. I have a Sterk bolt handle and I personally prefer the shorter handle with the ball and MDT handle to that.

If you are too weak to open a bolt without a retarded plastic cage on it maybe you should take up crochet

I know its late, But I tried one last weekend and they aren't bad. The issue that I had was when my scope was at the lowest magnification, the knob hit the raised lever and wasn't able to cycle the action. If you found a better option for a Howa, I'd be interested in your findings.
