Thoughts on possibility the brush in front of the elk at the shot could have had something to do with tumbling?

Edit: the was addressed in part by offset from reticle in the other thread.

Yes sir. As well, the entrance hole was a perfect little knitting needle.

@Formidilosus Is your barrel a 7, 7.5 or 8tw? Wondering if a higher stability from a 7tw 6cm (mine) would keep these from tumbling. Would going up in elevation, theoretically improving stability, possible neuter the chance of tumbling for most setups?

Hello sir, I am not hear to advertise, I am responding to claims about our bullets and educate on them. I would not be here otherwise.
Hi,

Just want to thank you for wading into this conversation and for continuing to post information despite the sometimes negative responses.

You are brave to walk into a Rokslide crowd that is largely anti on lead-free.

As someone who has made the decision to shoot lead-free bullets I have been searching for valid field and gel testing data on bullets. It appears to me that none of the smaller makers (hammer, lehigh defense, you, DRT) have shared much of that data and I believe most dont have. Hammer has stated they just test in milk jugs for example.

I do agree with others who have posted that this Rokslide group is generally trying to get to the facts unlike other groups. So please stick with it.

Please continue to share! And for one, I dont care if your bullets are yawing, exploding or doing jumping jacks as long as they consistently make big wounds. I look forward to seeing more.

DO

1:7.5” IIRC.

There is not enough difference in RPM between 7.5 and 7 to mean much.
