I have an older rifle scope from maven and love it and their warranty. Shoot I broke my spotter in half and they gave me a new one when I went into their shop no questions asked. I was just curious if anyone has had bad experience ever with them?

I've had a set of their C series binos and a spotter for about 4 years. For the price point, I'm very pleased with them. As for their customer service, I can't say because I haven't had a reason to test it out.

I had one experience with a warranty. My fault entirely. They were awesome and communicated really well through the process. Even loaned me another bino while mine was being fixed.

+1 on great experiences only.

Had a damage claim on a hunting scope and they were fantastic.

I pissed off an owner once when I asked why I was having to dial my diopter so far on the B3s that I bought compared to all other binos I've owned, including several of theirs. They were a new company then and I didn't like his answer he begrudgingly told me to send them in and they would fix them. His tone told the story. I reflected on the conversation and chose not to send them in. I should have never complained about it but I really just wanted an answer. So far I've never had to fully max out the diopter but my eyes are getting worse every year. They're still a great bino and I believe the company is one of the better out there.

With any company, as long as you have reasonable expectations and the company lives up to them, they're probably doing a good job.

This past December I got a rs1.2 off here. The seller sent it in just the factory box It didn't survive. Maven sent me a new scope.

I also have a firm rule about buying scopes on here. I appreciate those that test them but I don't want a beat scope, even proven through testing. One test is fine but some of the repetitive beatings put the scope into the FAFO category. That typically advances your new ownership into the "Find Out" stage. In this case, your UPS guy was probably familiar with Form's test and was just helping you out.
