I don't know these rings, so I did the instructed (28inlbs?) for the two cross bolts, the caps said 18 and so did the scope, but I did 22inlb. I use the borka torque "wrench".
No loctite for now. I figured that if a scope doesn't pass it would be best to proof the exact same rings/rifle and loctite would be an addl variable. Orange loctite will happen once I get a little trust in the rings; cerakote seems counterintuitive, but they are less expensive than the mountain techs. I'd really like to do the area419 rings, but they are a couple hundred bucks.

I do set the eye relief with a pic gap open ahead and behind, and with the scope to have ~1/4 eye relief available if my head slides forward and 3/4 available if it slides back.
That gives wiggle room for clothing, and seems to work ok whether on
@KickinNDishin 's guns, mine, or the kid's. The turrets are back a bit on the scope
