The Chill R is a great bow. I've set a lot of these bows up for customers. As far as tuning goes they are a breeze to tune. Cam lean is very very minimal on this bow. Its by far one of the quietest bows on the market. Up until the No Cam HTR it was the quietest Mathews out in my opinion. As far as speeds go that will vary depending on what modules you put in the bow. You can expect to be about 10 fps slower using the 85% modules than you would running the 80 or 75s. At 28/70 with a 400gr arrow you should expect to be around 295 FPS if not a bit faster with the standard 80% modules.
