Madison WI

So who knows about cheapish rentals? Are there realtors that deal with this at all? I believe I received a PM a week or so ago but wanted other info from any locals

Madison and cheap aren't synonymous unfortunately... might find some places outside of Madison a bit, but it's a growing college town on an ithsmus... buying up all the cheaper rentals by the city block, leveling them for upscale condos/apartments... growing vertically since it can't expand... surrounding communities (sun prairie, Waunakee, middleton, Mt Horeb, fitchburg all getting pricey, but might have better luck there.). Not sure what you're wanting for a commute.

Are there realtors, Agencies, etc there that deal with rentals is more my question

There's management companies that deal with the rental aspect of things. Otherwise, the hospital might have some insight on rentals for incoming residents.

Yeah. Unfortunately I'm not smart enough to be a Dr. Doing a vascular ultrasound internship and they advised they don't have anything to help me in my predicament. I suppose I could always contact HR at the hospital and see where they point me

Ya recobs is good and good people. Been doing business with them since they were back on y by Mazo. Plenty of time playing cards at winter shoots with them

I lived in Oregon right next to Foxborough golf course. I loved it as i was close enough to my work in Madison but far enough away from it all. Also you can get into Madison without having to deal with the belt line. Brooklyn which is another few miles south of Oregon is smaller still. When I lived in Madison "cheap" but quality apartments were in Verona and DeForest, not sure that's the case anymore.

When are you moving? Could potentially have a lead for you in Jefferson County. Longer commute
