I had leftover prime rib that I smoked on Father’s Day. Already ate the smoked back ribs portion. Or I should say
My 10 year old daughter ate most of the ribs.

Who TF posts abouts pickled shrimp without pictures or a recipe? Sounds amazing. Just got my wisdom teeth pulled at 40 y.o. FML, looking at all this food gives me hope that I soon will get to enjoy it too.

Geez…harsh crowd. Had it again just now for breakfast/lunch

Taziki is:

1c plain greek yogurt
1/2 c shredded cucumber - squeeze out juice
Tb Lemon juice
1/2 Tb olive oil
2 clove garlic through press
1/2 t salt
Tb fresh dill chopped fine
Tb chopped mint

I add feta cheese and ground pepper as well.

And the picked shrimp is awesome as a salad. Just pile a bunch on your greens and what not and drizzle the pickling juice as a dressing. Good stuff.

Smoked/grilled salmon fajitas. Sorry, no pics, but...

Grill salmon in foil bowl
Add oil to pan
Big tortilla in pan
Spread sour cream, add cheese
Add small tortilla on top, add whatever sauce(yum yum, etc)
More cheese

Med/Hi heat until big tortilla browns
Add Salmon
Eat

Leftover prime rib again today. Probably tomorrow as well to finish it off. Fresh sliced jalepenos with it today. Roasted green chile with it tomorrow.
