If your in the neighborhood make sure to stop at Army Navy in Whitefish and Kalispell.
Army Navy in Whitefish is going out of business. Last week they had 50% off what is left. They do have a good chunk of Sitka and other hunting clothing left and a few Mystery Ranch packs as well. Not sure how long they will keep closing sale, they have been lowering prices by 5% every couple weeks.

Machine Guns Montana in Kalispell has a bunch a niche gun parts. Up here is also Proof, Falkor , and Kimber but never been to shops so not sure what they are like.

The smartest fishing guy they had quit last year and opened his own fishing shop down the road, I believe it’s called Chancey and Dave’s
Good to know, just getting back into fishing so the local knowledge is where it's at. The Army Navy stoor always struck me as kinda weird, more of a gear shop with a bunch of Chinese repro crap in the surplus section.

The main showroom at RMEF in Missoula is closed for a major renovation. There are still a lot of amazing mounts on the walls though and the gift shop is open.

I was able to stop in Schnees and Shedhorn. Shedhorn was a very very impressive store.

Oddly enough as luck turned out the weather pushed me into Kalispell to dry out gear. I’ll see what else I can check out.

Thank you for the recommendations!
