First 22 Creedmoor barrel test, 20” Hybrid Lite contour with .120 freebore.

These are the first 30 shots out of a new barrel. I shot them all into one target after boresighting at 100 yards. I used the same aim point and shot groups of 5. I put backers behind groups 2-6.

Load is Midway 80 ELDm “seconds” in new Peterson brass, CCI LR primers, 39.5 grains of 6.5 Staball. Is half grain under Hornady book “max”

I didn’t get velocity this time. I know I pulled the furthest three left shots, I am not used to a factory trigger—it’s a cheat to use a 1lb trigger. I need more trigger control, that’s a part of the more horizontal spread.

In a Tikka factory action with KRG chassis and Ultra 7 suppressor.

I'm at 1.25" for 10 round groups on the 18" 6CM barrel I recieved, plenty happy with that. I'm a novice reloader and using once fired Hornady brass for this rifle. Barrel did not like 115 DTACs with a couple different powders and seating depths. Tried a few powders with the 112 MB and landed on H4350, 41.5 gr puts me at 2900fps (200 rounds on barrel). Terminal range and wind number beats my 20" 22CM TMK load by a skosh.

Factory Hornady 105gr ammo is right at 1.25" for 20 rounds, but slow.

I got a 6cm unlapped blanks from LS, has about 60 rds through it thus far. Shoots well with 109 eldm jumping 40-50 like all my other rifles have shown preference to. Also liked 112 Barnes jumping about 12k. These were all 5 shot groups.
