I believe so. Loaded Lapua brass has right at a .275 neck diameter, so about a .004” clearance. Just right

Agreed, I run ADG in my 6prc, it's right at 2745 loaded. 279 is perfect!

Lapua is no neck turn, and it seems to be among the thickest necks. It has been neck size and go with new Lapua brass.
