Lol not sure it will do any good in a timely matter.

I contacted him a few years ago about a full rifle build, got one email then nothing.

I did use them for a bolt knob and that all went smooth.
I’ve definitely seen some mixed reviews from everyone on here and I value everyone’s opinions and experiences in dealing with them.

I must say though that if I’m asked, of course I do care about the quality of the work performed but with zero customer service it’s a definite turn off and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I am sure they are swamped and busy but there is still a need for communicating with your customers.

I haven’t had work done by him in a few years but his online status updates were great and communication was good too. Hopefully, everything is ok with him.
He did great work for me.

What numbers have you tried. I might have a mobile number in my emails.

Just wanted to inform everyone that I've connected with them. Tanner recently returned from vacation and addressed my concerns this afternoon. They ensured everything was in order.

However, I would have appreciated it if the office manager had at least informed me of his absence and assured me they would reach out upon his return. We're all putting in hard work to afford basic necessities, like bread costing over $5 a loaf.

I hold Joe Biden responsible for this entire situation 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Hopefully everything turns out to your satisfaction. I've spent a lot of money at LRI and have nothing but great things to say about my experience with them.

I have no doubt that I will be satisfied, I've seen their work! I learned my lesson about trying to save a dollar when it comes to cerakote lol

I had some conversion to 22 CM I wanted done on a RPR. I wanted the full treatment as their website indicates you need a specialist in Ruger to get it right.
I Sent the rifle in to LRI, paid for it and got very little contact from there. I had to call and leave messages so much with no return call I thought they scammed me for a rifle and I was going to have to small claims court sue them. I did not get contact from the tracking system and in fact for over two months my tracker said it was checked in and that was all. I heard nothing.
I finally got ahold of them and they told me my rifle accidentally got put on a shelf and no work was done on it. They had no idea it was even there until they talked to me. When they did I was asked what barrel threading I wanted and I told them. Three days later, the website said "Final
Assembly" and said "shipped" two days later. My rifle arrived without a threaded barrel and I had also requested the return of my OEM barrel, which is noted in their notes you can see in the picture, and they didn't include it either! So it's NOT ok.

I so wanted this to be a great experience, so far, it is not. To be fair, I just got the rifle back today, so I have not given sufficient time for them to respond and do the right thing, but with how long they take to respond, I feel like I should just move on. I don't know when they will respond. I will call until I get them tomorrow or the day runs out whichever is sooner. I will post a follow up when they respond, if they do. In the meantime, anybody know a good person to thread a barrel?LRI tracking.jpg
