I am currently running the Camino GTX and have had no issues with them for the last 4-5 years. Elk, deer, chukar, or pheasant, they do very well.
I recently looked at getting another pair and noticed the new version of the Camino GTX is the Camino Evo GTX. It looks like the new version doesn’t have a nubuck upper, it looks like a brushed full grain upper.
Has anybody used the old nubuck version and the new version?
Unfortunately I really like the boots but not the new style, so I might be jumping to zamberlain or Crispi to keep the same upper material.
